Barak Zilberberg’s leadership philosophy was shaped long before boardrooms and balance sheets. Entering real estate investing at 21, Barak applied operational discipline to capital strategy. He later founded Zilberberg Worldwide, a global real estate enterprise focused on investment, development, and long-term value creation. In 2021, Barak established The Zilberberg Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering children with cancer, youth with disabilities, and underserved communities. Its work centers on education, financial literacy, trade skills, mental health advocacy, and access to affordable homeownership. For Barak, capital is a tool for impact when aligned with purpose.
