In a world where leadership often takes flight on bold vision and relentless perseverance, Armineh Mirzakhanian stands as a woman who turned every challenge into altitude. With over two decades of experience across aviation, trading, and the food industry, she has not only led multimillion-dollar operations but also built a legacy of empowerment and purpose.

As the Founder and CEO of Oryco Inc, a woman-owned trading and distribution company, Armineh’s mission goes far beyond profit. Her vision is rooted in impact — creating opportunities for women and girls to rise, lead, and redefine what success looks like in traditionally male-dominated industries.
From the Skies to the Boardroom
Armineh’s career began in the dynamic world of aviation, where she spent over 15 years with global airlines such as British Airways, KLM, and Gulf Air. It was here that she honed her skills in customer relations, corporate management, and logistics — qualities that would later define her entrepreneurial journey.
At Gulf Air, she managed over 48 travel agencies and 20 corporate clients, generating AED 20 million in annual revenue. Her strategic vision and ability to forge long-term partnerships made her one of the most respected key account managers in the region.

When she joined Hallmark Aviation Services at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), she brought with her the same precision and dedication, serving passengers of major international airlines like Qantas and Emirates. Her professionalism, efficiency, and empathy transformed everyday interactions into lasting experiences — earning her the trust of both passengers and industry peers.
Turning Vision Into Enterprise
In 2019, Armineh took her biggest leap yet — joining KC Global Network in the United States as Sales Director. Starting from zero, she built company sales to an astounding USD 30 million, directing national operations across logistics, distribution, and commercial development. Her ability to bridge strategy and execution has made KC Global a leader in the import and distribution of South American cane sugar across U.S. markets.

Yet, Armineh’s ambitions were never confined to corporate success. Her purpose evolved into something much larger — creating space for women to thrive in business. This calling gave birth to Oryco Inc, a bold venture dedicated to empowering women through entrepreneurship, training, and international trade.
Oryco Inc: A Vision for Women, by Women
Through Oryco Inc, Armineh is building more than a company — she’s building a movement. Her goal is clear: to establish a global network of female entrepreneurs who lead with intelligence, compassion, and courage. The company focuses on creating meaningful employment opportunities for women while promoting diversity and inclusion across every level of operation.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: “With determination, strategy, and teamwork — women can lead and grow businesses to reach multi-million-dollar success.”
Leadership with Purpose
Armineh’s leadership is characterized by her unwavering commitment to mentorship, education, and empowerment. Having risen through the ranks of competitive industries, she understands the challenges women face — and is determined to remove those barriers for the next generation.

She regularly participates in trade events, leadership workshops, and sales conferences, using her platform to advocate for female leadership in business and logistics. Her career is a living testament that success is not about competing — it’s about collaborating and uplifting others.
A Global Force for Change
Whether she’s negotiating million-dollar contracts, mentoring young professionals, or representing her company on the international stage, Armineh Mirzakhanian embodies the future of leadership — one defined by integrity, inclusivity, and innovation.

Her story is proof that when women lead, industries transform.
And with Oryco Inc as her flagship of change, the world is watching as Armineh continues to build not just a business — but a legacy of empowerment.
