Connecting Communities and Students with Tailored Volunteer Opportunities and Free Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Services

Acrozzi.com was created in 2022 to enable local communities, companies and nonprofit organisations volunteering opportunities with socialised and personalised service. Acrozzi.com allows for users to obtain the best-fit volunteering opportunities based on their preference and interest. So far Acrozzi has teamed up with a variety of different places, spreading from long term care centres (such as the Mon Sheong long term care centre) and hospitals (such as St.michael’s hospital) to libraries around the Greater Toronto Area, to help bring high school volunteers and allow them to expand on their passions and knowledge of these topics. Through the Acrozzi website, users are able to find and filter through different volunteering opportunities based on where they live, what their interests are, their age category, and the time they are willing to put in and commit to volunteering. Users are then able to leave comments on how their experience was and leave reviews for future volunteers to consider.
Acrozzi also provides online free peer to peer mentoring services that are attuned to many different subjects and your personal needs. This includes many different school subjects such as science, art, languages but it also includes many unique things like sports psychology and public speaking which are harder to find elsewhere. With this free tutoring program, Acrozzi seeks to help low income students gain resources and education opportunities provided by top high school students. We have tutors from 10+ different prestigious high schools in Toronto, offering tutoring services for 100+ students thus far.
Acrozzi organises frequent events known as Acrozzi Days, with the goal of maximising the influence of students who are motivated to change the world. These designated days provide a special chance for students to gather together in groups and participate in a range of worthwhile volunteer opportunities. Students participate in practical volunteer projects that meet the needs of various communities during Acrozzi Days. These initiatives include everything from planning musical entertainment at long term senior care homes to offering guidance and support at educational institutions. Acrozzi Days also offer continuing tutoring, in which students provide academic support geared toward various target populations.
