Nina Bartz Yoga: Awakening Authenticity in a Divided World

From fashion runways to soulful coaching, the founder of Nina Bartz Yoga is redefining success through authenticity, spirituality, and purpose.

Born in Germany with Serbian-Croatian roots,  Nina Bartz Yoga (originally known as Katarina, meaning “purity”) embodies the fusion of tradition, resilience, and transformation. Raised amidst the rich cultural heritage of the former Yugoslavia, she grew up where family bonds were sacred and spirituality was woven into daily life. From an early age, Nina felt a deep calling toward astrology, psychology, and the Creator—an inner compass that would guide her journey across continents and into the depths of self-discovery.

Her career began in the glamorous world of fashion, where she worked across Australia, Scandinavia, and beyond. But despite her external achievements, Nina felt an internal pull—an undeniable passion for spirituality and human psychology. That longing guided her to step away from superficial values and immerse herself in the path of transformation. She trained extensively in yoga at the Patrick Broome Academy in Munich, studied under international teachers, and embraced meditation, coaching, and self-exploration as tools to heal and grow.

A pivotal moment forced Nina to confront her inner struggles. Once seeking happiness externally, she realized true fulfillment could only be found within. Through courage and discipline, she dissolved self-sabotaging beliefs, rebuilt her connection with herself and the Creator, and discovered a new way of living—one rooted in love, authenticity, and service.

Today, Nina is the founder of Nina Bartz Yoga in Salem near Lake Constance, a sanctuary for those ready to awaken their true selves. As a life coach, spiritual guide, she uses astrology, numerology, and heart-centered practices to help individuals reconnect with their authentic energy. Her sessions focus on identifying and releasing deep-rooted patterns, creating alignment with one’s higher self, and unlocking the hidden potential within. Clients often describe this journey as transformative—leading to effortless joy, resilience, and self-realization.

Her heartfelt mission is clear: to awaken authenticity and inspire genuine connection in a world increasingly defined by division and comparison. “We must learn to live from our core and recognize our energy anew,” Nina explains. “With a strong inner self, you no longer compare yourself but draw from your own potential. Your energy is your power, shaping your reality.”

Beyond her work with Nina Bartz Yoga, Nina is also an author—her upcoming book delves into the power of manifestation and imagination, encouraging readers to break free from societal constraints and create lives aligned with their true essence.

Nina’s vision of empowerment expands into collaborative projects as well. Together with her friend Charlotte, she co-founded the podcast “Feminin Flow,” a space dedicated to guiding women in embracing authentic feminine energy. With humor, charm, beauty tips, and candid emotional conversations, the duo invites listeners on a journey of womanhood—where vulnerability becomes strength and authenticity becomes liberation.

Two of Nina’s guiding philosophies resonate deeply with her community:

“Your power doesn’t come from becoming someone else. It rises when you dare to be fully yourself.” – Nina Bartz Yoga
“True healing begins the moment you remember who you are—beyond roles, stories, and expectations.” – Nina Bartz Yoga

As a founder, author, and coach, Nina Bartz Yoga is more than a voice of wisdom—she is a catalyst for transformation. Through her work, she reminds us that success is not about chasing, comparing, or accumulating—it is about authenticity, alignment, and purpose. In a world that often pulls us outward, Nina brings us home to ourselves.
